This Australian sapphire is displaying vibrant blue hues with a soft natural silk band visible. Natural unheated sapphire often shows soft silk banding which adds to the reassurance that when stated, our sapphires are natural and unheated. The straight facets allow the colour to flash back in vibrant, intense colour as the natural silk band doesn't affect the refraction. This is a light colourful piece with unique characteristics that would look great as the center piece in Platinum or White gold metal.
